Purchase Policies
Purchases may be made directly off of this web site, over the phone or by fax if you have a Business Account set up with us. We accept Master Card, Visa, PayPal, Discover and American Express cards for all purchases. Business checks, bank drafts, personal checks and money orders may also be used for payment with prior written approval. Please note that any payment made by check will result in up to a 10 business day shipping delay while the check clears the issuing bank. Shipping Policies
Generally all items purchased from this web site, over the phone or by fax for our Business Account clients are shipped the same business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. We ship via UPS Ground unless an alternate shipping method is requested. Other shipping methods we offer are UPS Overnight, UPS Expedited, Fed Ex 2-day, Fed Ex Overnight and US Mail. Shipping charges in most circumstances are NON REFUNDABLE.
